These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of woodcliffproductions.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Woodcliff Productions LLC ("Woodcliff," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or services.
Woodcliff provides video content production services and related digital content, including monthly content production, editing, scheduling, posting, and access to free training. Specific deliverables are defined in your individual service agreement.
Services are billed through invoices or payment links and may be one-time or recurring (such as a monthly plan). For recurring plans, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file. We may suspend access to services for nonpayment.
Projects are nonrefundable once a deposit has been placed and work has started. To cancel a recurring plan, you must provide written notice by email before your next billing date. Specific refund and cancellation terms are governed by your individual service agreement.
All Site content, branding, methods, and systems are the property of Woodcliff Productions LLC. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials. Where we deliver content or a system to you, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use it for your own business only.
You agree not to misuse the Site or services. Prohibited conduct includes any unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive activity, and any attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us, including transactional messages such as appointment reminders and follow-ups, and marketing or promotional messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee of specific results, patient volume, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodcliff is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time for violation of these Terms or for nonpayment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Your use of our Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
